Chuck roast, apx. 3-5 lb.
1 cup MegaMix
Salt and Pepper
1/2 onion

Place roast in a oven pan/lid, preferably stainless steal.
Sprinkle one side with salt and pepper, turn over. Pour 1 cup MegaMix over top of roast, sprinkle with salt and a generous amount of black pepper. Cut onion into thick slices and place on top of roast. Cover pot and put into a pre-heated oven of 350 degrees. Cook apx. 3-4 hours or until pull apart tender.
